I think Slartibartfast said it best when he said, "My name is not important, and I'm not going to tell you what it is."
I'm a secret marathoner and when I say secret I mean in the "hush-hush" way; not the "Hello! I'm a secret agent. Let me tell you my name in such an charming manner that you're doubly sure not to forget it" way. (I'm looking at you Bond, James Bond.)
This is what I will say about myself. I'm kind of nerdy. I'm kind of witty. I'm a horrible speller, pretty crap with grammar, and not very good at punctuation.!?
I like a lot of different things. I knit, run, practice martial arts, like to read, watch film and a lot of other things numerous other people like.
I'm nearer to 40 than I am 29 and I hate that fact. I lie about my age. I tell people I'm ten years older than I really am and when they comment on my youthful looks, I tell them I owe it all to a good moisturizer and drinking lots of water.
I have a job that I loath but pays well. A second job that I like but pays crap. I'm going to school to school for my MBA and I have no idea what I'll ever do with it.
Mostly, at this very moment of my life I am insanely bored with how everything is going. So, I secretly signed up for a marathon and started writing this blog. I'm kind of giddy about both ideas.
